The process starts when you contact us for a free estimate. We will assign you a specific representative who will visit your home to discuss your vision, take measurements, and assess the scope of work. The free estimate will be prepared and sent to you via email, typically within a few days.
Once you receive the estimate, we encourage you to contact your representative with any questions. If everything is satisfactory, you can schedule a showroom appointment. At our showroom, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from our wide selection of pool tiles, pool finishes, and decking materials. After your selections, you can sign the contract and make a deposit to secure a projected start date.
During the projected start week, we will begin your project by draining the pool. This step marks the true beginning of your remodel. We will coordinate closely with you to ensure that the drainage happens at the most convenient time.
Once the pool is drained, our team will begin the demolition process. This may include removing old coping, tiles, pavers, and any other materials that are being replaced. If you’re adding extensions or new water features, the necessary excavation work will be done at this stage.
After demolition, we’ll pour and level a new beam for the coping or French edge, depending on your selected design. This step is critical for creating a clean, defined border around your pool.
